For your convenience, we follow standard US and EUR shoe sizes. We offer exchanges for size or quality issues within 3 days of delivery notification.

Please note that customers are responsible for exchange charges  and custom shoes are non-returnable. Refunds and cancellations are not accepted as per company policy.
